Peru Cajamarca

Produced by the Cortez family in the region of Cajamarca, Peru, this coffee is the super tasty result of the location, the farm, and their practices. This farm is located in the highlands that start at 1900 m.a.s.l and go all the way up to 2000 m.a.s.l. 

I selected this washed coffee after it jumped off the cupping table when we cupped some new releases sent from the Cofinet team. Super hyped to have this available and think it will be a fan favourite for the customers in your shop to grab for their home brews. 

In the cup I'm getting: Green apple, mandarin, brown sugar, and it has a caramel mouthfeel
