Peru Cajamarca

Produced by smallholder farmers in the region of Cajamarca around Perla Mayo. The coffee farms of Perla Mayo sit at an average altitude of 1800 masl, a terroir ideal for producing high-quality coffees. This coffee is the super tasty result of the location, the farms, and their practices.

I selected this washed coffee after it jumped off the cupping table when we cupped some new releases sent from the Cofinet team. Super hyped to have this available and think it will be a fan favourite for the customers in your shop to grab for their home brews. 

In the cup I'm getting: Pear, mandarin, brown sugar, and it has a caramel mouthfeel
